Noodles Sushiya is here and The Fort’s sushi chef’s can’t wait to serve you.

Noodles Sushiya is ready to serve its traditional soup favorites in a hearty Chinese- and Vietnamese inspired noodles menu. Featuring favorites such as sashimi and rolls with the finest tuna, snow crab, yellowtail, salmon and other specialty fish, Noodles Sushiya will have a traditional sit-down sushi bar as well as tables. The healthy noodle menu will feature fresh, spicy noodle and vegetable bowls with savory sauces. We are looking forward to teaching our guests how to select and eat the best sushi and noodles in town!
